In my experimentation with new paleo recipes, I found a quick, easy way to come up with a way to fix that sushi craving.

Paleo Spicy Salmon Seaweed Wraps

Over the past few months, my downfall has been eating super clean/paleo then having a major craving for sushi. I would go to the local sushi joint, telling myself a "little rice won't hurt," and next thing you know I am full, bloated, thirsty from water retention, and disappointed...and not to mention broke! I then decided that if I am going to be following the paleo diet I really need to figure out a way to make my own sushi...easy.  This is also super cheep and easy.

I started at our local Trader Joe's, where I get most of my food, and got a my salmon, seaweed paper, cucumber and avocado then BAM...I am in sushi heaven!

Tips & Tricks

This seaweed paper I got at Von's for about $5, but I also live in southern California which makes getting these speciality items cheep and easy to come by.

This salmon has some added sugar, but there are two other brands without anything added. If you are trying to be really strict, I would advise buying the plain salmon and seasoning with pepper, mustard seed and Lemon.
